Company Overview

Created in 2004, APPCON TECHNOLOGIES s.u.a.r.l is an engineering R&D laboratory that develops and manufactures technologically advanced and innovative electronic prototypes for the control of electrical motor systems. Our core capabilities include sensorless motor control, customized electronic design and embedded systems development, from hardware design to microcontrollers and digital signal processors programming. In our company, we are combining these skills to develop cutting-edge solutions that answer a multitude of fields of application.

The Founder

Dr-Hafedh-Sammoud

Dr.–Ing. Hafedh Sammoud is the founder and general manager of APPCON TECHNOLOGIES. Before launching his startup in 2004,Dr. Sammoud served as R&D responsable for innovative drives at Miele&Cie. KG. Prior to that, he worked as research assistant at the Technical University of Braunschweig in Germany from 1999 to 2002.

His academic credentials include a doctorate from the Institute of Measurement and Control Technology of the Technical University of Braunschweig  and an electrical engineering degree from the same university.

Besides the technical skills, our team holds developed communication faculties in the three languages: English, French and German.
